What Happens After We Acquire

We don't buy businesses to break them apart — we acquire them to build on what already works. Every acquisition reflects the same commitment: transparency and trust at every step, for sellers, staff, and the communities they serve.

  • Existing management stays in place — we don't come in to run daily operations
  • Current staff and jobs are protected through the transition
  • Relationships you've built with clients and partners are honored and maintained
  • We operate hands-off long-term, with temporary hands-on support during the handoff

Frequently Asked Questions

We look for businesses with a purchase price between $3M and $5M, and a minimum EBITDA of $750K. We prefer companies where management is already in place and operating well.

Off-market opportunities are our first choice, since they lead to better outcomes for sellers and buyers alike. That said, we also review brokerage listings that haven't sold in six months or more — we're not interested in competitive bidding wars for top-dollar listings.

We focus exclusively on businesses within the trucking and logistics umbrella — line haul trucking, last-mile delivery, refrigerated freight, livestock and heavy equipment hauling, and similar sectors. We're not currently looking outside of this space.

Yes. We acquire businesses to build on what already works, not to break them apart. Current staff and management stay in place, and the relationships you've built with clients and partners are honored through the transition.

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the deal, but we move efficiently once terms are agreed upon and due diligence is underway. We're happy to discuss a realistic timeline once we understand your specific situation.

We typically request a short period of exclusivity once we're seriously engaged in due diligence, so both sides can move forward in good faith. Specific terms are discussed directly as part of the conversation.
